Talk to RETONAI about the system you already run
Send a short brief of the cameras, controllers, machines or product you operate and what you want it to do. You get an engineering reply from Singapore, not a sales script. If a retrofit is not the right answer, we say so.
What to include in a brief
- The system: what it is, roughly how old, and how many units are in service.
- What it should detect, decide or report that it cannot today.
- Interfaces you know of (Ethernet, RS-485, CAN, Modbus, analogue video, digital I/O) and any documentation you have.
- Constraints: power available, space, enclosure, connectivity, operating conditions.
- Timeline and the scale you would deploy at if a pilot succeeds.
Half a page is enough. We would rather ask questions than have you write a specification.
What happens next
Your message arrives at hello@retonai.com with a reference number, and you receive an acknowledgement by email. An engineer replies with questions or with a proposed first step, usually an assessment of the existing system. There is no obligation and no sales sequence.
